Any screen, which has this button, can be exported to various formats.
11. File Format
The different file formats in which data can be exported, is shown above. Choose the correct format by marking the option.

Each export type has different options when it is marked. Do not change any of the options without exactly knowing why. The standard options are usually correct. Therefore, after choosing the file format, you can save the document and the export will be created.

The file will usually be saved on the Desktop unless specified otherwise. By clicking on the yellow file, a file explorer box will open where you can decide where the file should be stored.

Create the export file as specified.
55. Cancel
Close the screen without exporting the file.
