Initial setup of software (registration codes)

1. Complete the User Details under the item: General: (See example below).
2. Click on: OK (Save) – the rest can be completed later, or, if you want to do it now, click on UI-19 values ​​in the yellow box.
 
3. Complete the User Details under the item: UI-19 values: (See example below).
4. Complete the User Details under the item: PAYE/SDL values: (See example below).
5. Complete the User Details under the item: Easyfile information: (See example below).
6. Complete the User Details under the item: Specified defaults: (See example below).
7. Click on OK (Save).
8. To complete the registration of your software, the registration form must be printed, completed and signed. Send this in an email to office@clock.co.za:
9.  After receiving the registration form, we will forward the codes for all relevant modules. These codes need to be entered into your dataset. The location of the codes can be found under number 3, 'Enter registration codes'.
 
10. Please ensure that the registered user is spelled correctly (if the name is incorrect, please let us know what the right spelling is, so that it can be corrected on our side, and new codes will be generated).
11. Enter the codes and expiration dates in the appropriate blocks.
12. Click on 'OK (Save)'.
The various modules will then be available on the programme.
 
13. Time programmes should now be created according to the needs of your business. The time programme will define required hours and employees will be compensated for actual hours worked versus the required hours. Time programmes can become really tricky. We have a lot of experience with this and suggest that we are phoned for assistance.
