Backup problem: Please read the entire screen before calling us!!!
The system forces the user to make regular backups. This screen will appear if a backup was last sent and received on our server more than 30 days ago.
The process is thoroughly described here. The backups are stored on our server giving you peace of mind that when something happens to the computer, we can forward a backup with your data set on it. Important: You must receive a delivery acknowledgment email to confirm that the backup has reached us correctly.
If for some reason you don't want or can't send backups, a passcode is needed. To receive a passcode you must print, sign and email us a passcode request form.
Close the screen without doing anything about the backup problem. The system will allow you to continue working up to 90 days. So the system will still open up to 90 days after clicking on 'Finish'.
